- Before your session, you’ll be asked to complete a few documents, including a comprehensive intake form, informed consent, and office policies that outline financial responsibilities. We’ll also contact your insurance provider to confirm your benefits, so you’ll know ahead of time about any out-of-pocket costs.
- Your first session lasts 60 minutes. Together, we’ll explore your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss your goals, and review your medical and social history—all of which helps us tailor the sessions to your needs. To make the most of our time together, please complete the required forms at least 24 hours before your session.
