Services

Our Services

At SEVA Integrative Therapy, we offer trauma-informed, integrative mental health services designed to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. All services are provided in a compassionate, inclusive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming environment and are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and pace.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a supportive space to explore personal challenges, develop insight, and build tools for healing and growth. Sessions integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support emotional regulation and nervous system healing.

Individual therapy may support:

  • Trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma
  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
  • Depression and mood concerns
  • Identity exploration and life transitions
  • Grief and loss
  • Mind-body connection and somatic awareness

Services are offered for children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults.

Family Therapy

Family therapy focuses on strengthening relationships, improving communication, and supporting healthier patterns of connection. Using a trauma-informed and systems-based approach, we work collaboratively with families to understand relational dynamics and foster greater empathy and resilience.

Family therapy may focus on:

  • Parent-child relationships
  • Family transitions or stressors
  • Behavioral or emotional challenges in children and teens
  • Attachment and communication patterns
  • Supporting LGBTQIA+ children and adolescents within the family system

Note: All children under age 18 receiving individual psychotherapy will also include Family Therapy Sessions at least once every 6–8 weeks.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity for healing through shared experience, connection, and support. Groups are facilitated in a safe, structured, and inclusive environment and may integrate discussion, psychoeducation, and somatic practices.

Group offerings may include:

  • Trauma-informed support groups
  • Anxiety and stress regulation groups
  • LGBTQIA+ affirming groups
  • Mind-body or somatic-based therapy groups such as Sound Baths

Current group offerings vary; please inquire for availability. Group Therapy may be covered by your insurance. Each case varies.

Ecotherapy (Walk & Talk)

SEVA Integrative Therapy also offers nature-based therapeutic options including Ecotherapy Walk-and-Talk services.

Ecotherapy Walk-and-Talk psychotherapy incorporates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and the therapeutic benefits of nature to support grounding, emotional regulation, and insight.

Walk-and-Talk Ecotherapy details:

  • Sessions may take place at Sickles Park (Little Silver, NJ) or Sea Bright Beach
  • Sessions are 50 minutes and are offered weather permitting

SEVA Integrative Therapy plans to offer future holistic healing retreats designed to support rest, reflection, embodiment, and personal growth. These retreats will integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, movement, nature connection, and therapeutic themes in a supportive group setting.

Rooted in the yogic principle of SEVA—selfless service, these experiences are intended to create space for nervous system restoration, self-inquiry, and meaningful connection, while honoring each participant’s autonomy, pacing, and lived experience.

What to Expect

  • Mindfulness and meditation practices
  • Somatic and gentle yoga-based movement
  • Nature-based and reflective experiences
  • Psychoeducational and therapeutic themes
  • Community connection and intentional rest

Important Scope & Disclaimer

Holistic retreats are experiential and educational in nature and are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.
